| Jana Žnidaršič, M.Sc. is a teaching assistant on the chair for management and organization on Ljubljana university, Faculty of Economics. She was dealing for more than a decade with the most topical issues of educational system, with emphasize on implementation of new learning approaches in educational process; the research on this field – accompaned with entrepreneurial activity – was her mastery degree theme. Recently, she is working on questiones and issues of contemporary management, especially on new developing field in managerial practice – age management, as ageing puts forward one of the gratest challenge for companies and society as a whole. |
